Strength Training at Love Life Fitness

Have you always wanted to go to a gym, but felt intimidated by all the equipment?

Would you like to be part of a small group of women who work out in a private gym, guided by a fully qualified female instructor?

If the answer is yes, then join us every Tuesday from 6 – 7 at Stroud Rugby Club.

Why is strength training so important for women?

Builds strong bones and reduces the risk of osteoporosis.

Increases muscle strength/ mass challenging our bodies whilst enabling us to perform everyday tasks with ease.

Increases metabolism, managing and controlling our weight.

Decreases our risk of injury, helping our balance and body alignment as well as flexibility.

What to expect from the Tuesday night Strength and Conditioning class….

This class focuses on increasing strength, muscle tone, and overall fitness. Each week, we focus on an individual lift, concentrating on form, technique, and efficiency. The class will also include a Crossfit style high-intensity workout using weights and equipment.

This will be a whole-body strength training workout so it stands alone. It is also the perfect accompaniment to any other fitness/sporting activities you do.

Numbers are limited to enable coaches to monitor, advise, and most importantly coach.
